Immediate opening: we are hiring a scaffolding supervisor in Anderson County, South Carolina. On a typical shift you will hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope; set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground; fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class; dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely; fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid. Ideal candidate: • CISRS card or local equivalent at Part 1 / Part 2 level • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
