Assembly technician • King William County, Virginia

Now hiring: we are hiring an assembly technician in King William County, Virginia. You will be based on a production line. Requirements: • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred Day-to-day duties: • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station Six days a week, one day off.
