GTAW welder • Dillon County, South Carolina

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a GTAW welder in Dillon County, South Carolina. Day to day you will clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through. You should have: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety We offer $30 per hour plus benefits.
