You should have: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Able to read construction drawings and specifications On the job you will handle: • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. ₦235,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
