Join our team: we are hiring a cold room technician in Jefferson County, Iowa. Ideal candidate: • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints You will braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch; read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges; pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture; measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
