Ideal candidate: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change On a typical shift you will polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; clear and reset tables between covers; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar.
