Immediate opening: we are hiring a tube and fitting scaffolder in Rockingham County, Virginia. The job is at a shipyard. What we are looking for: • Able to read basic scaffold drawings • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold On the job you will handle: • Erect debris netting, sheeting and brick guards • Install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform • Inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class Rotating shifts.
