Body shop technician — Spencer County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a body shop technician in Spencer County, Kentucky. The job is at a paint and panel shop. Day to day you will strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections. You should have: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
