Now hiring: we are hiring a PVC profile cutter in City of York, England. You should have: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings You will check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; take site measurements of openings before fabrication. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer £1,750 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
