Immediate opening: laundry presser (New Hampshire)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a laundry presser in Strafford County, New Hampshire. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep Your main tasks: • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Give each garment a final press before packing • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics Overtime paid at a premium rate.
