Now hiring: we are hiring a tandoor cook in City of Belfast, Northern Ireland. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen The role involves knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in.
