Foundry operative wanted in Baker County

Now hiring: we are hiring a foundry operative in Baker County, Georgia. On a typical shift you will apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes. You should have: • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Basic grinding and fettling skills Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
