Cook wanted in Grant Parish

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cook in Grant Parish, Louisiana. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. On a typical shift you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare the mise en place before each service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
