Urgent requirement: we are hiring a frame straightening technician in Desha County, Arkansas. On a typical shift you will check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines Rotating shifts. Pay around $140 per day, based on your experience.
