Concrete finisher — Armstrong County

Now hiring: we are hiring a concrete finisher in Armstrong County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works Day-to-day duties: • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab 5+ years on the tools preferred.
