Immediate opening: we are hiring a stone mason in Kern County, California. You should have: • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone • Able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists Your main tasks: • Grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar • Restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish • Level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat 4+ years on the tools preferred.
