Requirements: • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel The role involves fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens; carry out leak inspections and patch repairs; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing.
