Immediate opening: we are hiring a production operative in Clinton County, Iowa. You will be based at an injection moulding unit. The role involves run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Good attention to detail and steady hands At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
