Great opportunity: we are hiring a skimming plasterer in Marion County, Arkansas. The job is in an occupied house during renovation. Day-to-day duties: • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster You should have: • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
