Your main tasks: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
