Gang bricklayer • Ibadan South West, Oyo State

Now hiring: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Ibadan South West, Oyo State. You will work at a groundworks and structures site. The role involves laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel. Ideal candidate: • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
