We are recruiting: we are hiring a panel welder in Wayne County, North Carolina. On the job you will handle: • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
