Head butcher wanted in Marshall County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head butcher in Marshall County, Indiana. On a typical shift you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • 2+ years experience working as a butcher At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $2,250 per project, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
