We are recruiting: wood machinist (Tennessee)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a wood machinist in Giles County, Tennessee. You will work on a busy construction site. Ideal candidate: • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience Your main tasks: • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
