Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Island County, Washington. You should have: • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods You will load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish.
