Join our team: we are hiring an AC installation technician in Aleutians West Census Area, Alaska. You will be based at an HVAC contractor's workshop. Requirements: • 2+ years hands-on split and cassette AC installation experience • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests • Own set of hand tools, gauges and flaring kit preferred On a typical shift you will recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit; core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping; insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving; charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges.
