Great opportunity: we are hiring a motor grader operator in Lincoln County, Washington. The job is at a plant hire yard. The role involves: • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels Ideal candidate: • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
