Join our team: insulation worker (Florida)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an insulation worker in Highlands County, Florida. You will be based on flat roofs and terraces. Day-to-day duties: • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
