Join our team: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Carroll County, Virginia. The role involves: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
