Join our team: we are hiring a line packer in Custer County, Montana. You will be based on the shop floor of a garment factory. The role involves: • Stack finished cartons onto pallets and shrink-wrap them • Feed raw material into the hopper and monitor the flow • Keep the workstation clean and follow 5S housekeeping • Change over tooling and settings between product runs • Apply batch codes and date stamps to the packaging Requirements: • Comfortable with repetitive, fast-paced work • Aware of basic safety rules and PPE use • Able to stand for a full 8 to 12 hour shift Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
