Join our team: we are hiring a cook in Lee County, North Carolina. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets On a typical shift you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift.
