Vacancy available: catering cook (Lagos State)

Join our team: we are hiring a catering cook in Ajeromi/Ifelodun, Lagos State. You will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Rotating shifts.
