Join our team: we are hiring a dogger in San Mateo County, California. The job is on an offshore oil and gas platform. You will coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; read lift plans and method statements before starting; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle. You should have: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
