Immediate opening: grill cook (South Carolina)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a grill cook in Marlboro County, South Carolina. You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets You will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $26 per hour plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
