Tile installer wanted in Jefferson Davis Parish

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tile installer in Jefferson Davis Parish, Louisiana. What we are looking for: • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts On the job you will handle: • Fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even • Set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge • Fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims • Mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency • Cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
