Immediate opening: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Davison County, South Dakota. You will work at a fabrication and machining plant. Ideal candidate: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Your main tasks: • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square Full-time with occasional weekends.
