Shuttering carpenter • Garum Mallam, Kano State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Garum Mallam, Kano State. You will be based on a busy high-rise construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss What we are looking for: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking 2+ years on the tools preferred.
