Halal butcher — Hart County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a halal butcher in Hart County, Georgia. Your main tasks: • Season and marinate meat on request • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Six days a week, one day off.
