Great opportunity: we are hiring a steward in Cannon County, Tennessee. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Your main tasks: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Rotating shifts.
