Cnc lathe setter • Obion County, Tennessee

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Obion County, Tennessee. You will work in a job-work machining unit. Your main tasks: • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
