Chef de partie — Nelson County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a chef de partie in Nelson County, North Dakota. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat On a typical shift you will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
