Abattoir worker wanted in Amador County

Now hiring: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Amador County, California. You will be based in a meat processing plant. On a typical shift you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
