Join our team: we are hiring a scullery hand in Yagba East, Kogi State. The job is at a banquet hall. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Your main tasks: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
