Vacancy available: we are hiring a bodywork technician in Louisa County, Virginia. Day to day you will treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
