Urgent requirement: we are hiring an auto body repairer in Skagit County, Washington. The job is at a paint and panel shop. Your main tasks: • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line Requirements: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement Performance bonus on top of base pay.
