Ideal candidate: • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day Day to day you will float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; check walls for plumb and level as you go.
