Gas pipe fitter wanted in Warren County

Join our team: we are hiring a gas pipe fitter in Warren County, Illinois. You will be based at a boiler and appliance service centre. Day-to-day duties: • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge What we are looking for: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces Full-time with occasional weekends.
