What we are looking for: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience The role involves: • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
