Lift technician • Christian County, Missouri

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lift technician in Christian County, Missouri. You will work in a hospital with heavy lift traffic. Day-to-day duties: • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments What we are looking for: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
