Concrete finisher wanted in Atascosa County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete finisher in Atascosa County, Texas. The job is in a residential housing project. Requirements: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE On the job you will handle: • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
